- All 4 response questions must be answered in your alternative response format - Video and/or audio files should not exceed 5 minutes in length

- Video files should be saved in one of the following formats: .mp4, .mov, .avi, .wmv

- Audio files should be saved in one of the following formats: .mp3, .wav

- Files must be emailed to the Applications Committee by the application deadline (you will receive an email confirming that your file has been received)

- Content must be original and not violate any copyright laws
